She is the co-founder of the Third Wave Fund, an organization that gives grants to women and transgender youth working for social justice. Tracy McMillan is a television host, relationship expert, author, and television writer. Currently host of Family or Fiance for OWN, Tracy has also appeared on Oprah Winfrey’s Super Soul Sunday, NBC’s The Today Show, Access Hollywood Live, The Tamron Hall Show, and many more. As a television writer, her credits include Mad Men, Marvel's Runaways, and an upcoming show she created for Hulu starring Kerry Washington called UNPRISONED. Tracy is the author of three books – including a memoir, I Love You and I’m Leaving You Anyway; and a relationship book, Why You’re Not Married… Yet, based on the 2011 viral blog post which for more than two years was the most-viewed article in the history of the Huffington Post. Her TedX talk The Person You Really Need to Marry has more than 16.5 million views.
